At UsedTown, we aim to create a fair and hassle-free marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Our return policy ensures transparency and convenience for all parties involved, especially when utilizing our courier delivery services.
Courier Service Deliveries
When a buyer selects a courier service for the delivery of their item, they will be responsible for the initial shipping and delivery costs. This allows buyers the flexibility to choose their preferred delivery method and receive their items conveniently.
Return Process
- Return Eligibility: Buyers must initiate a return request within the return window specified by the seller. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging or tags intact.
- Seller’s Responsibility for Return Shipping: In cases where a return is approved, the cost of shipping the item back to the seller will be covered by the seller. This ensures that buyers are not burdened with additional shipping fees when returning an item they are not satisfied with.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, the seller will notify our admin team by clicking the relevant confirmation button. Once we receive that ping, we will immediately refund the item's purchase price back to the buyer. Please note, however, that the initial delivery cost paid by the buyer is non-refundable.

- Items must be returned using a tracked and reliable courier service, ensuring both the buyer and seller can monitor the return process.
- UsedTown is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
- Any disputes regarding the condition of returned items will be mediated by UsedTown’s customer support team, ensuring a fair resolution.
